Key Information on Limits and Timescales
Withdrawal requests are processed Monday to Friday, between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT. The processing can take up to three business days. You may have a maximum of three pending withdrawals at any one time.
Please be aware that you must wager your deposit amount at least once before requesting a withdrawal. If this condition is not met, a commission of 10% may be charged, which rises to 15% for bank card and bank transfer transactions. A minimum monthly wagering threshold of £20 is also required.
